Afternoon Session – Grant Writing Workshop
Pre-Registration Required
– This is a separate event from the From
Clinical Trials to Community: The Science of Translating Diabetes and
Obesity Research conference.
Pre-registration, using Part 2
of the registration form, is required for those interested in attending
the Grant Writing Workshop. Individuals registering for the workshop should
include with their registration a translational research idea that includes:
1) statement of the study question(s), 2) study objectives, 3) a brief
description of study design methods, and 4) projected outcomes of the
study and the usefulness and relevance of the results. This should not
exceed one page. In addition, please include 2 to 3 study-related questions.
All submissions will be considered for discussion by the workshop faculty.
