Should You Become a Research Volunteer?

This is a decision that you or a family member may face someday. To help people gain a better understanding of what it means to participate in a clinical trial or research study, the Office of Human Research Protections (OHRP) announces the launch of a new public education campaign, Taking Part in Research: It’s Your Decision.

Read more about how to make the right decision about participating in a clinical trial or research study in OHRP’s brochure Becoming A Volunteer: It’s Your Decision. This pamphlet can be downloaded and reproduced locally, or bulk copies (up to 300 per requestor) are available free by calling 800-444-6472.
