The meeting will present key accomplishments of the NIH Roadmap Clinical Research Networks and provide a venue for the research community to critically review and discuss how these accomplishments can be utilized to advance clinical and translational research programs, such as the NIH CTSA program.

The meeting will focus on the use and re-use of technologies and systems approaches to broaden the scope and reach of clinical and translational research. Meeting themes will include:

Poster presentations and demonstrations will be available throughout the day.

Clinical Investigators and informatics experts from research institutions, HMOs, and academic centers
Government agencies (i.e., NIH, FDA, CDC, AHRQ, HRSA, etc.) with interest in clinical research networks
Partners/collaborators from clinical research networks (foundations, associations, societies, organizations)
Community clinician researchers, Practice Based Research Networks (PBRNs)
Standards Development Organizations (SDO), pharmaceutical industry representatives, Contract Research Organizations (CRO), etc.
This Program is funded by the National Center for Research Resources (NCRR), a component of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the U.S Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The project is one of the initiatives under the NIH Roadmap for Medical Research, a series of far-reaching initiatives designed to transform the Nation's medical research capabilities and speed the movement of research discoveries from the bench to the bedside.
