P.L. 110-173 - The Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007

On December 28, 2007, the President signed into law as Public Law 110-173, S. 2499, the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007. S. 2499 included a provision to reauthorize the Special Statutory Funding Program for Type 1 Diabetes for an additional year at the current funding level of $150 million. The program was set to expire in FY 2008.
