Real Time PCR : NIDDK

Scientific Programs

Real Time PCR

Users may want to validate microarray experiment expression changes using real-time PCR. We recommend using Applied Biosystems Assay-on-Demand (AOD) and Applied Biosystems Assay-by-Design (ABD) service to custom design Real-time PCR assays around specific gene target sequences. An ABI Prism 7900HT machine for real-time PCR is available in the core facility for qualified users.
