Kirkland L. Davis

Mr. Davis is Chief of the Contracts Management Branch, Division of Extramural Research, NINDS. He has been Chief of the CMB since November 1997. Mr. Davis has been with the Contracts Management Branch since 1986, and has over 20 years experience in the acquisition profession and in research and development contracts in particular.
