Patient Education

NKDEP has developed free educational materials, videos, brochures, and fact sheets for you to provide to your patients and their families.

For those providing diabetes self-management education, NKDEP has outlined key concepts for educating patients about kidney disease. You also can find talking points to help answer common questions your patients may have.

NKDEP now offers a tear-off pad with easy-to-read patient education sheets for use when explaining GFR results. The Spanish-language version is also available.
