DATA MANAGEMENT

Myriad has set up a ProNet website for the NCI investigators to use while they are making arrangements to begin the research program. This site should give you a chance to try out the website and get a feel for how the two-hybrid data are displayed. Included in the site are all of Myriad's AfCS data (Alliance for Cellular Signaling) as well as curated data from the literature. The AfCS set includes over 600 distinct protein interactions found at Myriad using our ProNet technology; the curation effort has resulted in over 10,000 interactions from 4,000 papers.

The home page (referred to as the What's New Page) gives instructions for using the site. It is straightforward to just "click around." The information regarding activation domain libraries and commonly used library sets will be especially useful in designing your experiments. The site should work well in a PC or Mac environment and runs well on Internet Explorer.
