PathwayExpert is an integrated informatics solution for researching cellular regulatory mechanisms and drug response modeling. This server-based software comes with ResNet, the world's largest knowledge base of biological networks, and can be equipped with the MedScan Text-to-Knowledge module, which is capable of extracting pathway-related information from scientific literature.
