MISSION:

The Office of Management Analysis and Review (OMAR) provides the oversight, education, policy, and guidance to assist employees to fulfill their responsibilities as they relate to ethics, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act (PA), organizational development, records management, and adherence to policies and procedures.
