H. R. 4213 —The Bill that would Increased the Cap on Phase I SBIR

On November 15, 2007, Representative Robert “Bud” Cramer (D-AL) introduced H.R. 4213, the bill that would increase the cap on Phase I SBIR awards to $149,000 and the cap on Phase II awards to $1,115,000. The legislation would also require the Small Business Administration to adjust the caps every five years to reflect changes in the economy.
