H. R. 3825 —The Newborn Screening Saves Lives Act of 2007

On October 15, 2007, Representative Lucille Roybal-Allard (D-CA) introduced H.R. 3825, the Newborn Screening Saves Lives Act of 2007, as an amendment in the nature of a substitute. H.R. 3825 was referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. The Senate companion measure, S. 1858, as amended, became P.L. 110-204 on April 28, 2008.

COMMITTEE/SUBCOMMITTE ACTION

March 11, 2008 - The House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health reported H.R. 3825 as an amendment in the nature of a substitute.
