Biosketch: 
Alisha J. Rovner, Ph.D., joined the Prevention Research Branch in DESPR as a postdoctoral fellow in 2006. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Rutgers University and her doctoral degree in human nutrition from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her research interests include growth, body composition, vitamin D, and behavioral nutrition interventions for children with chronic diseases.
