Biosketch:
Neil Perkins, Ph.D., is a staff scientist who joined the Epidemiology Branch in 2003. He received a master of science degree from Fayetteville State University and his doctorate degree from American University. His research interest and dissertation involve epidemiological methods, specifically, receiver operating characteristic curves, summary measures of the ROC, and measurement error.
