Roger L. Miller, Ph.D.

Dr. Miller has been a Program Director at the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders since joining the NIH in 2002. He has a PhD in Biophysics from the University of California, Berkeley and postdoctoral training in Auditory Neuroscience and Bioengineering from The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Prior to coming to NIH, his research focused on neurophysiology, sensory neuroscience, neural encoding of information, and signal processing as an Assistant Research Professor at Duke University Medical Center.
