Asian American and Pacific Islanders with diabetes are at an increased risk for heart attacks and strokes. The "Take Care of Your Heart. Manage Your Diabetes" campaign encourages them to take steps to lower not only their blood glucose but also their blood pressure and cholesterol. Materials are available in English and 15 different Asian and Pacific Islander languages.
