The Office of Research Facilities Development and Operations (ORF) is made up of an Office of the Director and five divisions, each with responsibility for a different aspect of the NIH facilities program.

Division of Facilities Planning (DFP)
The Division of Facilities Planning (DFP) coordinates and manages all planning related to NIH owned and leased facilities on all campuses. Ron Wilson is the Director, 301-496-5037.
Division of Environmental Protection (DEP)
The Division of Environmental Protection (DEP) works to protect and enhance the NIH environment. William (Kenny) Floyd is the Director, 301-496-3537.
Division of Property Management (DPM)
The Division of Property Management (DPM) oversees the operations, maintenance, repair and renovation of all NIH facilities and utility systems and manages NIH real property. Robert McDonald is the Director, 301-496-6186.
Division of Technical Resources (DTR)
The Division of Technical Resources (DTR) ensures that operations of the Office of Research Facilities (ORF) conform to applicable regulations, codes, standards, policies and guidelines. Farhad Memarzadeh is the Director, 301-496-8746.
Office of Acquisitions, ORF (OA-ORF)
The Office of Acquisitions, ORF (OA-ORF) supports NIH contracting needs for architecture and engineering, construction, real estate, leasing, and facilities. Melissa Richardson is the Director, 301-402-0878.
