Table 1: Walking and Biking Questions by Interval of Activity
This table tabulates questions about walking and/or biking by Interval of Activity, which is
divided into six categories. The results display the Unit of Activity
per day, week, month (which includes "Month", "30 Days", and "4 Weeks), year,
most recent or last occasion, and "other" (which includes "2 Weeks",
"3 Months", "10 Years", and "Lifetime".)
To produce a
report of the surveys and corresponding questions related to walking per month, click on the
number "33" at the intersection of the row labeled "Walk" and the column labeled "Month".

Table 2: Walking and Biking Questions by Interval of Activity and Unit of Activity
This table tabulates questions about walking and/or biking by Interval of Activity and Unit of
Activity. Interval of Activity is divided into the three most relevant categories. (Not all
interval categories are displayed). The results display the Unit of Activity per week,
month, and year. Unit of Activity is divided into four relevant categories (times, days,
weeks, and months; again, not all units of activity are displayed).
This table will give you the number of times, days, weeks, or months
walked or biked per interval.
To produce a report of the surveys and corresponding questions related to the
number of times walked per month,
click on the number "22" at the intersection of
the row labeled "Walk" and "Times", and the column labeled "Month".

Table 3: Walking and Biking Questions by Purpose of Activity
This table tabulates questions about walking and/or biking by purpose. Purpose is divided into six
categories (exercise, leisure, transportation, occupational, all purposes, and various
combinations). The "Combination" category includes questions that ask about any two or three of the four main
purposes: exercise, leisure, transportation or occupational reasons.
To produce a report of the surveys and corresponding questions related to walking for
exercise alone, select the number "55" at the intersection of
the row labeled "Walk" and the column labeled "Exercise".

Table 4: Walking and Biking Questions for Transportation by Destination
This table tabulates questions about walking and/or biking for the purpose of transportation by
destination. Destination is divided into five categories (work, work and/or school,
activities, work and/or activities, all destinations). "Activities" includes questions about errands,
shopping, and/or going to the store. "All destinations" includes questions that ask about work, school, and any
activity.
To produce a report of the surveys and corresponding questions related to walking to work,
click on the number "17" at the intersection of the row
labeled "Walk" and the column labeled "Work".

This table tabulates walking and biking questions by duration. Duration is divided into
nine categories. Interval of Activity is divided into the three most relevant categories.
(Not all interval categories are displayed.)

the number of hours or minutes walked per day,
click on the number "21" at the intersection of the row labeled "Walk" and "Hours or Minutes",
and the column labeled "Day".
