Institute and Center Operations @ NIH

• NIH IC Referral Officers use the module to make Program Class Code and Program Official assignments to grant applications. The assignments can be made one at a time by grant number, in bulk by setting different query parameters or by using a batch assignment module. The batch assignment module is part of the Grants Management module and allows users to define parameters for assignments that are automatically updated each night.
  
  
• At NIH, Council Administrators use ICO to ‘sweep’ competing applications for a Council Round to agree with the Integrated Review Group (IRG) recommendations and then make the necessary changes individually.
  
  
• The Grants Payment Management feature allows for the completion of the following reports:
