Technical Proposal, Literature Cited is amended to increase the number of relevant papers from three (3) to five (5). Literature Cited is amended to read:
The proposal may contain a brief bibliography of relevant technical papers and research notes (published and unpublished) which document the technical ideas upon which the proposal is based. Proposals may include copies of not more than five (5) relevant papers in the proposal.
The Proteomics Initiative web page containing the Post Conference Questions and Answers has been updated. The questions and answers are located at: http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/meetings/proteomics.htm. Please note that questions 88 thru 92 have been added and question 87 has been revised to read:
87. In the description of the Technical Proposal there is no instruction for the size of the margins. Please Clarify.
The margins for the Technical Proposal are to be set as follows:
Top margin no less one (1) inch exclusive of headers or footers.
Bottom margin no less than one-half (½) inch exclusive of headers or footers.
Right and left margin no less than one-half (½) inch.
