The purpose of this notice is to inform the research community that NHLBI encourages new research grant applications in response to this PAR that address congenital lymphatic malformation-induced pulmonary dysfunction and pulmonary lymphatic biology and development.  This notice does not change the participation or interests of other Institutes (National Cancer Institute; NCI, National Institute of Child Health and Human Development; NICHD, National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases; NIDDK, and National Institute of Nursing Research; NINR) in PAR-07-420.
