P.L. 108-135 - Continuing Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2004

On November 22, 2003, the President signed into law H.J. Res. 79 as P.L. 108-135, a joint resolution making continuing appropriations for Fiscal Year (FY) 2004, through midnight January 31, 2004. This stopgap spending bill, known as a continuing resolution (CR), is the fourth CR for FY 2004.
