S. 3678—The Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act

On July 18, 2006, Senator Richard Burr (R-NC) introduced S. 3678, the Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act, with an amendment in the nature of a substitute. The bill was referred to Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP).

FLOOR ACTION

December 5, 2006 - The Senate passed S. 3678 by unanimous consent with an amendment in the nature of a substitute.

December 8, 2006 -  The House passed S. 3678 by unanimous consent.

PRESIDENTIAL ACTION

December 19, 2006 - The President signed S. 3678 into law as a P.L. 109-417.
