I have seen so many heart healthy recipes that sound (and taste) so boring. These are absolutely delicious! Thanks.

It really works
Some of these recipes we have already tried from another recipe booklet I found last year. They are really heart healthy and they taste wonderful. I have recieved many compliments on the recipes we have tried. It is worth getting the recipe booklets here. Thanks so much for the variety.

Missing Carb Info
The recipes look great. However, given the fact that individuals with diabetes have a substantially greater risk for cardiovascular disease over the general population, I am very surprised to find that carbohydrate grams are not provided for them. Will you be updating the recipes soon to include them? Thanks. Diane Zemel, MS RD CDE

RE: Question about carbs?
I enjoy the great recipes from your online newsletter but was curious as to why you never list the carbohydrates per serving for those recipes? The recipes are usually low in fat but with the proven facts linking high-carbs with weight gain most consumers are trying to watch their carbs as well. I myself have lowered my carb intake and have lost 10lbs in just over a month (now at 5’ 11" and 178lbs). I’ve actually avoided many of what appeared to be great tasting recipes simply because they appear to be high in carbs. Hope you’ll reconsider listing the carbs per serving on future recipe postings...I’m sure I’m not the only one out there that would like to see this! Thanks, Don

Your recipes look very exciting - not just the same old thing. But how about including the carbohydrate counts for those diabetics who plan their meals around carb counts.

I am impressed!!
Great recipes using ingredients nearly everyone keeps in their kitchen. However, next time I would like to see the fiber content of the recipes listed. Thanks for the help.
