Cultural Arts

In the belief that research and advanced education flourish best in a broad intellectual climate, the FAES encourages and sponsors nonscientific programs of interest to the NIH community. After a successful 40 years of the Chamber Music Series the FAES will start to support the well-received Manchester String Quartet, that featured many outstanding artists.

Their Monday noontime concerts are held at the NIH Masur Auditorium – the schedule for the 2008-2009 season is given below:

2008
October 6th - Ravel Quartet in F (1903)
November 10th - Bartok Quartet #4 (1928)
