DescriptionThe Conference is designed to encourage collaboration among investigators, promote the development of therapies that not only would benefit SMA, but also have potential for other related diseases (e.g., ALS), to give patients, families, and researchers a chance to interact, and to bring junior researchers to the meeting to allow them to interact with senior scientists and possible future mentors, and patients/families.
