| Description: | Learning to negotiate is an important skill at work and at home, as it is an important tool for preventing and resolving conflict. This workshop will explore Interest Based Bargaining, a model for negotiating when there is conflict. Learn the difference between "solutions" and "interests," language tools for reframing issues, phrases that lead to miscommunication, and language tools for success.
