This web page provides information about and controlled access to NIH posted space floor plan drawings, room data, and related reports. The floor plan drawings and room data represent quarterly snapshots of space information used for rental administration.
Access Space Information
Users accessing the site may view and manipulate space information and data as follows:
- View floor plan drawings that are colorized by billable IC tenant.
- Zoom, pan and print drawings for detail.
- Save drawings as DWF, PDF, or DWG files.
- View and download IC room data and pivot table space summary reports as Excel workbooks.
RequirementsPersons desiring to utilize this site must:
- To obtain access to the ORF Posted Floor Plan Site, have the administrative officer responsible for the program area to which you are assigned submit a request to fimsa@mail.nih.gov to grant you access. The request must contain the full name, position, NIH domain username, telephone number, and organization (IC and lab/branch/office) of the person for whom the request is being submitted. A brief explanation of the reason/need for access and whether the access is to be permanent or temporary must be stated in the request.
- Use Internet Explorer Web Browser for site access (Netscape Communicator/Navigator is not currently supported).
- Download Autodesk® Express Viewer (free) to view space floor plans.
