| Abstract: | (CIT): HHS' 2007 African American Heritage Commemorative Kickoff Event The event's objectives will include: educating HHS managers, employees and the general public on effective Diversity Management principles and practices using professional and personal accounts of leading Diversity Management, Equal Employment Opportunity and Civil Rights practitioners; recognizing and celebrating the accomplishments and contributions made by individuals of African descent throughout human civilization; and highlighting the synergy created when organizations apply proven Diversity Management concepts and tools, and adhere to HHS' Diversity Management policy through fellowship, practice and continuing education.
