I am located in Frederick/Baltimore. Why can't I access some journals online?

The NIH Library has access to over 7,000 online journal titles. Access is for NIH staff only. Due to publishers' restrictions, access is limited geographically in some cases. All titles are open to NIH Staff in the Bethesda/Rockville region. Most titles are accessible to NIHers in Frederick and Baltimore. Some journals are accessible to NIH users located in North Carolina at NIEHS.
