Introduction: Antiretroviral Drug Toxicities

Important information on antiretroviral therapy-associated adverse events (drug toxicities) was presented in the most recent release of the Guidelines for the Use of Antiretroviral Agents in HIV-Infected Adults and Adolescents - May 4, 2006. The tables (Table 17a) include information on the clinical manifestations, risk factors, and monitoring and management of adverse events.

For easy access to this important information, AIDSinfo has created a PDF file of Antiretroviral Therapy-Associated Adverse Effects and Management Recommendations (Table 17a) for easy downloading: PDF (170K)
