Additional Services
This guide serves only as a sampling of our catering
abilities and does not reflect the full range of selections
and services we can provide. Our Executive Chef will
gladly assist you in developing a customized menu for
your next meeting or special event. We are happy to
provide you with an excellent selection of menu items
and services that are designed for a variety of special
occasions ranging from simple coffee breaks to complete
luncheons, dinners and receptions. We look forward to
serving your catering needs. Eurest Dining Services supports the U.S.D.A. Dietary Guidelines.
All of our catered functions focus on Quality. We offer
a variety of menu selections which are low in fat, saturated
fat, sodium and cholesterol. We at Eurest are dedicated
to making your event the very best it can be! Whether it
is for 5 or 500 we have the Quality, Style and Experience
to ensure that your event will be flawless. We have a unique
style and presentation that set us apart and clearly distinguish
us from the competition.

Conditions, Terms and Policies
- Please refer to your service contract for terms and
conditions. Prices do not include applicable 5% sales
tax and 18% service charge.
- We request at least a five (5) day notice for catered
functions to insure availability of selections.
- We require 24 hours notice for all orders. Any order
for groups over 50 require 72 hours notice.
- Last minute or same day orders could be assessed
a 25% rush order-processing fee. The fee will be
no greater than $50.00.
- Cancellation Policy
If an order is canceled in less than 24 hours (72
hours for large groups), the customer is responsible
for full payment of the catering order. Any additional
charges for items such as equipment rentals, room
rental, set-up costs, etc. will be charged at 100%
of the catering order.

Guidelines For Planning Catered Events
Minimum Numbers
Prices are quoted for groups of twenty or more guests.
An additional charge may be added for smaller functions.
Wait staff
We can provide wait staff at a charge of $25.00 per
server per hour. There is a four-hour minimum when
waitstaff is required. Additional hours of service
should be discussed when booking your event. The number
of necessary attendants can be calculated as follows:
Table Service: 1 server per 20 guests
Formal Served Meals: 1 server per 10 guests
Buffet Service with China: 1 server per 30 guests
Buffet Service with Disposables: 1 server per 50
guests
Hors d’oeuvre Reception: 1 server per 50 guests
Bartender: 1 bartender per 75 guests

Additional Services
China
Our services include all the necessary disposable
paper products for a successful event. However, for
a more formal event china and silverware are available
for an additional $0.00 per person for complete settings.
Glassware and basic China Plate usage for Breakfast
or Break services is $0.00 per person.
Flowers and Balloons
We will be glad to order flowers or Balloons for
your event. We use local area florists so the flowers
are delivered fresh and all items are to your specifications.
Any floral or balloon charges will be added to your
catering charge at cost.
Theme Décor
Even the best events look and feel even better when
theme décor is used to set the event apart.
We have a wide variety of themed décor available.
The pricing is done on an individual basis by event.
