- Spreadsheets of IC employees and salaries as of December 31 were provided to IC Performance Liaisons the week of January 14th. ICs are required to use the provided spreadsheet format to submit their performance award nominations. The intent is to simplify the process by eliminating the need to submit separate NIH Award Nomination Forms for cash performance awards.
