Foreign Service Benefit Plan

Office visits, individual and group counseling and purchase of over the counter smoking cessation drugs and supplies up to a maximum payable of $100 for one program per person per calendar year.

Plan also covers prescription cessation drugs in the drug benefit plan.

No deductible up to $100 of coverage and all charges above $100.

Note: Prescription drugs are covered only under Prescription drug benefits not subject to the $100 limitation.
