MAP AND DIRECTIONS TO OTT

 Metrorail system (Metro)
OTT can be accessed via the red line toward Shady Grove. Once you have
reached White Flint, you are a short walk from the office. Turn right when exiting
the Metro station onto Marinelli Road. Continue straight on
Marinelli Road one block to Executive Boulevard and turn right. Continue on Executive to the
crossing at Old Georgetown Road and proceed to the second driveway entrance on your right.
Local taxi service is also available at the Metro.
OTT is located just off the Route 495 Capital Beltway or Route 270 in Rockville.

From Washington, D.C.
Driving, Taxi or Limousine:
Option 1:
Take Wisconsin Avenue (355) toward Maryland (north). Drive directly on
Wisconsin Avenue, crossing D.C. and into Maryland. Wisconsin Avenue will become
Rockville Pike at Bethesda, MD. Continuing north toward Rockville,
you will pass the NIH campus and Rt. 495 (Capital Beltway). Shortly after passing White
Flint Mall (on your right) you will reach Old Georgetown Road (187).
Turn left onto Old Georgetown Road, pass the 1st traffic light (located at the Mid-Pike
Plaza entrance) and enter the right-turn lane preceding the 2nd
traffic light for right-turn access to Executive Boulevard.
After turning right onto Executive
Boulevard, the OTT offices located at #6011 will be on the
first block following the turn. Turn right into the second
driveway to pass through the lot attendant's
gate and access the visitors' parking lot.
Please bring your parking stub to the office for validation.
Option 2:
Take Connecticut Ave., Georgia Ave. or Massachussets Ave. north until
you reach Rt. 495 (Capital Beltway). Take appropriate exit heading (West) toward Northern
Virginia. Travel until you reach Exit 34 (Rockville/Bethesda/Wisconsin
Ave./Rt. 355) and proceed as indicated in Option 1. "If" you miss this exit or if you desire
an alternate route, continue to the next Belt way exit, which is
the Rt. 270 Spur North. Drive a short distance and exit at Old
Georgetown Road. Bear right on the
off-ramp and right at the yield sign. Continue north on Old
Georgetown Road through 3-4 traffic lights, moving to the left traffic lane. Turn left onto Executive
Boulevard, move to the right lane immediately after the
turn and enter the 2nd driveway on the right to access OTT (see Option 1).
Option 3:
Take the 14th Street Bridge to Northern Virginia. As soon as you cross
the bridge, take the exit for the George Washington Memorial Parkway toward Maryland. Follow
the Parkway almost to the end and access the Capital Beltway
Rt. 495, toward Maryland. After crossing the American Legion Bridge into
Maryland you have two options to access our address:

Take Route 495 to the split with Route 98, 270 North and keep to the left.
Take Route 270 North to Montrose Road. Turn right on Montrose Road. Turn right onto
Executive Boulevard at the next
traffic light. Continue through the light and turn left through
the center divider to the visitors' entrance
between buildings 6011 and 6001 on your left
(approximately the 4th cut-through).

Stay on 495 toward Silver Spring and exit on the right to Old
Georgetown Rd. Once on the exit ramp bear left and turn left
at the ramp-end traffic light. Proceed on
Old Georgetown Rd. to Executive Blvd., as indicated in Option 2.
Driving from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA):
Exit airport toward Washington, D.C., but follow the signs to the Parkway
(George Washington Memorial Parkway) toward Maryland. Do not
cross the Potomac River. Follow the Parkway almost to the end and access the
Capital Belt way,
Rt. 495, toward Maryland.

NOTE: Metro-rail access is also available from this airport.
Refer to the posted route map at the Metro entrance for directions
to connection points for BLUE/YELLOW/RED lines.

From Northern Virginia
Driving, Taxi or Limousine:
Follow any access road to Rt. 495 toward Baltimore/Frederick. (north). Refer to Option 3 for further detail.
Dulles International Airport (IAD):
Take Dulles Airport Access Rd. to Rt. 495 North (Baltimore). Refer to Option 3 for further detail.
Metrorail System (Metro):
The Washington Metro provides excellent access to Rockville. Metro is a network of
five subway routes that transverse the city and suburbs. The Red, Green, and Yellow Lines travel
north-south and the Orange and Blue Lines travel east-west. OTT can be accessed via the
RED LINE toward Shady Grove. All subway stations have self- service automatic tellers for
purchasing tickets and fares are posted on the information booths at each station.
Note:
Station attendants do not provide change. Most stations have credit
card capabilities, but it is recommended you carry a few small bills for faster access.
Purchase a ticket for WHITE FLINT. If the Metro station you have entered
is not on the Red Line, simply follow posted instructions to reach Metro Center or Gallery Place for transfer access.
Once you have reached WHITE FLINT, you are a short walk from the office.
Turn right when exiting the Metro station onto Marinelli Road. Go directly across Rockville Pike
(main thoroughfare) at the intersection using the crosswalk or the underground
pass-through. Continue straight on Marinelli Road one block to Executive Boulevard and turn right.
Continue on Executive to the crossing at Old Georgetown Road (two section crossing)
and proceed to the second driveway entrance on your right (#6011). Local taxi service is also
available at the Metro. Check local listings to call ahead for pickup.
From Baltimore and Points North:
Driving, Taxi or Limousine:
Take 95 S. to Rt. 495, the Capital Beltway. Stay in the right
lane to Silver Spring and Northern Virginia, heading west. Travel approximately 10 miles to Exit 34 or the Rt. 270
Spur North. Refer to Option 2 (From Washington) for further directions.
From Northwest Maryland (Frederick area):
Driving:
Via Rt. 270 South:
Exit Montrose Road. Turn Right
onto Executive Boulevard, turn left between 6011 and 6001 through the gated
entrance with an attendant.
Via 355 South/East (Rockville):
Continue on 355 past Rockville to the North
Bethesda area when 355 is co-named Rockville Pike. At the intersection of Old Georgetown Road (187) turn right
and proceed as in Option 1.
Train:
Take either the Amtrak or Marc train to Washington, Union Station.
Union Station is on the RED LINE/Shady Grove line.
Purchase a ticket for WHITE FLINT. Follow previous Metrorail directions.
