H.J. Res. 75—Continuing Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2004

On October 31, 2003, the President signed into law H.J. Res. 75 as P.L. 108-104, a joint resolution making continuing appropriations for Fiscal Year (FY) 2004, through midnight November 7. This stopgap spending bill is the second for FY 2004. H.J. Res 75 was introduced on October 28 by Representative C.W. “Bill” Young, Chairman, House Committee on Appropriations and passed the House and Senate on October 30.
