H.J. Res. 73—Continuing Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2004

On October 21, 2003, the House passed a second continuing resolution (the first, P.L. 108-84 [H.J. Res 69], will expire at midnight October 31) to keep the Government, including NIH, operating through November 7. H.J. Res. 73 was introduced on October 20 by Representative C.W. "Bill" Young (R-FL), Chairman, House Committee on Appropriations.
