H. Con. Res. 147—20th Anniversary of the Orphan Drug Act and the National Organization of Rare Disorders

On April 30, 2003, the House Committee on Energy and Commerce reported H. Con. Res. 147, a resolution commemorating the 20th Anniversary of the Orphan Drug Act and the National Organization for Rare Disorders. This resolution was introduced by Representative Mark Foley (R-FL) on April 10.
