S. Res 220—National Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Awareness Day

On September 9, 2003, Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) introduced S. Res 220, a resolution to designate the ninth day of September of each year as "National Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Awareness Day." The resolution was referred to the Senate Committee on the Judiciary.
