H. J. 100—The Second Continuing Resolution (CR)

On November 14, 2006, Representative Jerry Lewis (R-CA) introduced H.J. Res. 100, the Second Continuing Resolution (CR) making further continuing appropriations for the Fiscal Year 2007, and for other purposes through December 8. The current CR expires on November 17. For agencies for which neither the House nor Senate passed a bill by October 1, 2006, such as NIH, the funding rate is at the FY 2006 current rate.

FLOOR ACTION

November 15, 2006 -  The House passed by voice vote.

PRESIDENTIAL ACTION

November 17, 2006 - The President signed into law H.J. Res. 100 as P.L. 109-369.
