H.J. Res. 75—Making Further Continuing Appropriations for the Fiscal Year 2006, and for Other Purposes

On December 17, 2005, Representative Jerry Lewis (R-CA) introduced H.J.Res. 75, the third continuing resolution (CR) for FY 2006, which will extend funding for those agencies without enacted FY 2006 appropriations.

PRESIDENTIAL ACTION

December 18, 2005 - The President signed the third continuing resolution (CR) into law as P.L. 109-128.
