Scheduled Maintenance

Managers can schedule all known work and plan labor and material requirements to reduce overall labor requirements and unit downtime. Supported are work request loading, prioritization of units and repair types, and automatic priority adjustments for past-due repairs.

Preventive Maintenance

Users will be able to create unlimited hierarchies of PM jobs for any class of vehicle or equipment. PM scheduling based on established hierarchies, forecasting based on odometer readings (mileage), meter readings, elapsed time and fuel consumption. In addition, users will be able to generate and track PM and corrective work orders.

Warrantee Verification

Users can track equipment warranties by whole unit, component and replacement parts. As the work is performed, the system will generate warnings to indicate "under warranty" conditions and prevent warranty violations and avoid unnecessary repair costs through duplicated efforts. The system will track warranty claims submission and record reimbursement.

License and Permit Tracking

Automatically notify appropriate user(s) or department contact(s) regarding licensing and permit requirements, including expirations.
