H. R. 3379 —A Bill to Amend the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act to Include the Territory of Guam

On August 3, 2007, Representative Madeleine Bordallo (D-GU) introduced H.R. 3379, a bill to amend the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act to include the Territory of Guam. Section 4 of the bill would amend the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act to require NCI, in collaboration with CDC, to evaluate whether an individual submitting an application for additional relief is eligible for compensation under the Act on a case-by-case basis. H.R. 3379 was referred to the House Committee on the Judiciary.
