H. Res. 448—National Cancer Research Month

On May 24, 2007, Representative Jim Matheson (D-UT) introduced H. Res. 448, designating the month of May as National Cancer Research Month. H.Res. 448 was referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. The Senate companion, S. Res. 394, passed the Senate by unanimous consent on December 6, 2007.  Another companion measure, S. Res. 216, was introduced by Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) on May 24, 2007.
