H. Res. 257—Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month

On March 20, 2007, Representative Todd Platts (R-PA) introduced H.Res. 257, a Resolution to support the goals and ideals of Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month. to educate communities across the Nation about pancreatic cancer and the need for research funding, early detection methods, effective treatments, and treatment programs. H. Res. 257 was referred to the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.  The companion measure, S. Res. 222, passed the Senate by unanimous consent on September 10, 2007.

FLOOR ACTION

September 10, 2007 - The House passed H. Res. 257 by a vote of 330-0.
