H.J. Res. 69—Making Further Continuing Appropriations for the Fiscal Year 2008, and for Other Purposes

On December 12, 2007, Representative David Obey (D-WI) introduce H.J. Res. 69, a third Continuing Resolution (CR), to extend funding for agencies without enacted FY2008 appropriations, including NIH, through midnight December 21. H.J. Res. 69 was referred to the House Committee on Appropriations.

FLOOR ACTION

December 14, 2007 - The House passed H.J. Res. 69 by a vote of 385 to 27.
