On February 16, 2007, Representative Mike Thompson (D-CA) introduced a concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress regarding the need for additional research into the chronic neurological condition hydrocephalus. The resolution was referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce.

February 27, 2007 - The House passed H.Con.Res. 74 by voice vote.
