H.R.3—The Safe, Accountable, Flexible, and Efficient Transportation Equity Act of 2005

On February 9, 2005, Representative Don Young (R-AK) introduced H.R. 3, the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, and Efficient Transportation Equity Act of 2005. A bill to authorize funds for federal-aid highways, highway safety programs, and transit programs, and for other purposes. H.R. 3 was referred to the House Transportation and Infrastructure, and House Rules Committees.

PRESIDENTIAL ACTION

August 10, 2005 - The President signed H.R. 3 as P.L. 109-059.
