H.R. 2744—The Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act of 2006

On June 2, 2005, Representative Henry Bonilla (R-TX) introduced H.R. 2744, the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act of 2006. A bill making appropriations for Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006, and for other purposes. H.R. 2744 was referred to the House Committee on Appropriations.

CONFERENCE ACTION

October 27, 2005 - The conferees approved the conference report accompanying H.R. 2744.

PRESIDENTIAL ACTION

November 10, 2005 – The president signed H.R. 2744 into law as P.L. 109-097.
