S. 450—Melanie Stokes Postpartum Depression Research and Care Act

On February 26, 2003, Senator Richard Durbin (D-IL) introduced S. 450, a bill to amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for research on, and services for individuals with, postpartum depression and psychosis. S. 450 was referred to the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions. (See similar legislation, H.R. 846)
